[Concept] Scuttle

Ever get annoyed by irresponsible "Zombie" players who just want keep driving irrespective of what might be in front of the vehicle (same team players, void or even wall). The idea is to code a mutator which reveals such players and broadcasts the announcement

"Player Brew is scuttling!" (Bam! -3 points)
Some Announcer effects follow.
